What is the last book you read? And what will be the next one?
The last book I read is “Lo zen e l’arte della manutenzione della motocicletta” (Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance), now I am reading “On the road” by Kerouac.
Your next trip?
To Northern Europe, Belgium and the Netherlands, passing through France.
Favorite color?
Technicolor garden and outdoor furniture in neutral colors.
What is the plant that matters most to you?
Parrotia Persica, Verbena Bonariensis, Hackoneckloa.
Where would you live?
In the English countryside in a cottage surrounded by greenery.
What is your favorite historical era?
We are living projected into the future thinking about a contemporary garden.
Can you describe in short a scene that represents “beauty and elegance” for you?
An evening in June, a scent of jasmine in the air, the moon illuminating the white flowers of a Hydrangea Annabelle – in terms of art, a painting by Monet.
Do you still play?
The fun is experimenting with new plants, new combinations of essences in a continuous search. Play is curiosity.
What is a garden for you?
The garden is life beyond time in a continuum of changes and modifications where everything is transformed.
