Through the body and movement, an APID® DanceMovementTherapy experience promotes the creative resources inherent in each of us to encourage personal and social well-being in order to support the harmonization of psychic, somatic and relational manifestations.
An art therapy ideally connected to ancient traditions in which dance was a fundamental means in the practices for the well-being of the person.
Surrounded by mulberry trees, while dancing we meet the ancestral echo of Water which is still there, within us, waiting to be heard.
Symbol of life, evocative of our deepest emotions, Water takes on its best form in dancing. Silent, moving, overflowing. Chatting in the sound of a fountain or thoughtful, quiet and still in the waters of a pond. Water of life, of rebirth, of purification. Clear, pure, changeable and receptive water. Memory, continuity, fluidity, mirroring. Sacred water.

Paid admission upon reservation. Limited number of places (subject to availability)
Reservation: online only (see Book your experience), by 9.30 pm on Saturday 30 September
Contribution: Euro 35,00* including:
– DanceMovementTherapy experience
– cost of entrance ticket to Orticolario
– breakfast (after the experience) in the park, in front of the lake, at the “Picnic kiosk”
Duration: 1h + breakfast
Meeting point: at 7.45 am at the Central Pavilion Info Point
Required materials: comfortable clothing, non-slip socks and a mat/towel
Experience suitable for everyone: no particular physical and/or artistic skills are required

The DanceMovementTherapy experience is unique for both English and Italian speakers. If English-speaking participants are present, the organizers will simultaneously translate the contents, making the experience available for everyone.
