PRIVACY POLICY

According to the European data security law (Art.13, European Regulation 2016/679) the User acknowledges that S.O.G.E.O. srl Impresa Sociale undertakes to process the User’s personal data according to the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality. Therefore, the User is informed that:

A. CATEGORIES OF DATA: the subject of the processing may be your personal data such as identification data, personal data and contact details

C. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA: the personal data held by the Owner are collected directly from the interested party.

D. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: the processing of your data, collected and stored in relation to the compilation of this form has its legal basis for your consent and is carried out for the following purposes:

– Purposes related to legal obligations concerning the competition;
–  Purposes related to service delivery management: provision of services; communication of your data to any partners of the Data Controller for     the performance of the duties connected to the provision of the service;
– Purposes based on the consent of the interested party related to:
-Subscription to the S.O.G.E.O newsletter srl Social Enterprise to stay updated on our latest events or our news.
– The sending of commercial and / or marketing communications by the Data Partner’s business partners by means of newsletters.

E. RECIPIENTS OF DATA: within the limits pertinent to the indicated processing purposes, your data may be communicated to partners, consulting companies, private companies, appointed as Responsible by the Data Controller. Your data will not be disseminated in any way.

F. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES: your data will not be transferred to a third country.

G. CONSERVATION PERIOD: the data collected will be kept for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed (“principle of conservation limitation”, art. 5, GDPR) or based on the deadlines set by the regulations of law. The verification of the obsolescence of data stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected is carried out periodically.

H. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY: the interested party has always the right to request the Data Controller access to your data, the correction or cancellation of the same, the limitation of the processing or the possibility to oppose the processing, to request data portability , to revoke the consent to treatment by enforcing these and the other rights provided by the GDPR by simple communication to the Owner. The interested party may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

I. OBLIGATORY OR LESS OF THE PROVISION: we inform you that the provision of data is optional for some fields and for others (indicated by an asterisk) mandatory and their failure to do so will result in failure to perform the requested service.

J. METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING: the personal data you provide will be subject to processing operations in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations which inspire the activity of the Data Controller. The data will be processed both with IT tools and on paper and with any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to the GDPR.
